In 2004, a sex tape featuring Paris Hilton and Rick Salomon surfaced. The tape leaked onto the Internet. Salomon filed suit both against the company distributing the tape and the Hilton family, whom he accused of tarnishing his reputation by suggesting that he had exploited Hilton.
