Perhaps the longest-awaited launch title in Nintendo history, "The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess" sold nearly half a million units in the U.S. alone during the first week of sales. According to Nintendo, on the week of launch, nearly three of every four Wii owners had a copy of this game. "Twilight Princess" was praised for its graphics and gameplay. Fans were not disappointed with Link's quest which sent him through Hyrule and the overbearing darkness in human and wolf forms.
